Maple Cured Salmon Couscous

Ingredients
- 1 x 120g pack of Marks & Spencer Scottish Maple Cured Salmon Pieces
- 1 cup of couscous, cooked as per pack instructions
- 40g cashew nuts, chopped
- 40g cooked garden peas
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halfed
Method
- Combine all ingredients with the cooked couscous
- Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve with flatbreads.
