Carefully cured and smoked over oak wood chips using time honoured techniques, our whole and sliced sides are among our most popular products with customers. Our sliced smoked salmon is available either as long sliced, or as D-slices with either brown meat in, or brown meat out.

Available sizes: 1.0kg (fixed weight) or 1.0-1.4kg (variable weight).

Storage - Keep refrigerated between 2.0°C - 4.0°C.
Product will keep unopened in a refrigerator for up to 30 days.
Once opened use within 3 days.
